Thomas Edison was the man that invented new ways to use electricity. He was born on February 11 of 1847 and died on October 18 of 1931. He was born in a town called Milan in Ohio. Since he was able to discovered new ways to use electricity he put his knowledge to work and invented the telegraph, the motion picture camera, and a long-lasting electric light bulb.
